Feeding the starved dogs during COVID-19 Crisis

While the world suffers from the COVID-19 Pandemic, few brave hearts come forward to help the dogs in need, to whom no one would feed in this crisis. In a small town of Manesar, Haryana (India), a large number of stray dogs have their habitat around the corners of industrial area or nook and corners of housing societies.
These dogs have been relying on Dhabas, shopkeepers and nearby households which fed them food regularly. However, when the countrywide lockdown was imposed due to coronavirus, there was no one to feed these stray dogs during this time.
As a result, the conditions worsened, dogs adopted the violent ways of killing the smaller puppies and feeding on them. I am sure no one would have thought of such consequences while imposing a lockdown.
Taking note of the situation a group of students and mentors from an institute in Manesar came forward to pool funds and edible resources and a researcher from that institute led the drive to feed the hungry stray dogs.
This shows how one human NGO can take a lead and contribute to the ones around that need help using the resources they have.
